I love to cook eat delicious food, and I am always on the lookout for healthy new recipes to try out. I think I’m funny and I love to laugh; if I’m laughing AT you, it is almost always because I care! I love getting together with friends and family as often as possible – usually these get-togethers involve fantastic food and copious amounts of laughter. Because of all the fantastic food (or perhaps in spite of it!), I have made fitness a big part of my life. I teach yoga and boot camp style fitness classes, while trying to fit in my own yoga practice as often as possible, and I also run with my two dogs regularly.
